Ordinateur plus lent

Bonjour,
depuis 1 mois environ , j'ai remarqué que mon ordinateur est devenu plus lent.
j'aimerais avoir de l'aide pour savoir si il est infecté quelque part ??
c'est surtout au démarrage qu'il est lent !!!
merci de m'indiquer la démarche a suivre pour cibler le problème merci.

Après l analyse, redémarrer le pc et poste le rapport !!

Et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

relance hijackthis en cliquant sur scan only et coches ces lignes stp :
